Welcome to Mission East Dallas

Mission East Dallas is a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) offering primary medical, dental services and behavioral health services. If you have insurance or not, we would be honored to be your patient centered medical home. Please contact us for more information on services, appointments, and to learn more about our sliding fee scale discount program and payment plan options.

What is FTCA Deemed? This means that Mission East Dallas has the necessary policies, procedures and practices in-place to offer high-quality health care services. Because Mission East Dallas has met these standards, Mission East Dallas is granted medical malpractice liability protection with the Federal government which acts as Mission East Dallas’s primary insurer.

Mission East Dallas was established in 2000 to serve the health needs of eastern Dallas County and the surrounding communities. The organization was conceived from the vision and efforts of Shiloh Terrace Baptist Church, Lakeside Baptist Church, St. Pius X Catholic Church and Casa View Baptist Church, after the results of a survey taken in 1999 revealed that within a five-mile radius of LaPrada and Oates Drive, there were about 50,000 people without health insurance and/or a medical home. Through a donation of property, equipment and supplies, volunteers organized to rebuild an abandoned Nazarene Church, transforming it into a medical and dental clinic.
