ACCESSING CARE

Mission East Dallas welcomes all private paying, full and partially insured, and Medicare or Medicaid eligible patients. For patients without insurance, we offer a sliding fee scale, based on income and family size, to ensure that quality and compassionate healthcare is readily accessible.

We do not turn people away due to their inability to pay or insurance status. We maintain an established fee schedule for all medical and dental services provided. This fee schedule is reviewed annually by the Board of Directors to ensure that our patients have sound financial advantages, including fees that are consistent with community standards.

 

Sliding Fee Scale
Our sliding fee scale offers significant discounts to individuals and families who qualify on the basis of limited income and family size.

Payment Plans
We work with individuals and families who need assistance paying their medical or dental balance. There is no balance too small or large, to be placed on a payment plan. Let’s work together on this: never let the cost of healthcare or lack of insurance be a reason for you or a loved one to delay care! Also: we never have or will use a collection agency!

If you are a Mission East Dallas (MED) patient and need to reach us after hours for a non-emergency reason, please call 972.682.8917 and an after-hours service will direct you in your options for care.
