Sheila Cherry Coleman, RDH

Lead Dental Hygienist

Sheila Coleman is passionate about having a postive impact on her community each and every day she goes in for work. For more than 16 years, she has helped people establish good dental health and educated them on proper dental care at federally-qualified health clinics like Mission East Dallas. Shelia received a bachelors of science from Kansas State University and worked for 10 years with displaced children as a treatment coordinator before becoming a Registered Dental Assistant in 2004 and earning her hygiene diploma in 2007. She has been with Mission East Dallas for five years and has loved connecting with the community and creating a postive atmosphere for the families we serve.

Sheila is an avid sports fan, who in her spare time can be found serving as a taxi service for her two young sons and their many sporting events. She also enjoys riding her motorcycle and indulging in the vast DFW restaurant scene with her husband.
