We are excited to be providing a back to school special until August 31st!

All kids can receive $10 sports physicals for families paying with cash. Free immunizations are available for children without insurance (please bring shot records to qualify). Mission East Dallas will also be giving away free school supplies (while supplies last) to children after their sports physical or immunization appointments.
